Does anyone have any suggestions for the treatment of shingles (Herpes zoster) ??

Take any prescriptions the Dr. recommends such as anti-biotics to

clear-up any underlying bacterial infections...and then buy any type

of Garlic-capsules powders or tablets and use accordingly. Garlique

is good...some swear by Garlique Aged-Garlic Extract tablets.

 

One can buy odorless Garlic-tablets, too. Increase intake of greens;

cooked or raw.

Eat whole-grain bread only to get Vitamin E...or whole-seed cereals.

you can apply any pure oil such as wheat-germ or almond to the skin.

Several things wrong with this advice:

Antibiotics are not a good thing to take as it has too many side effects.

Odourless garlic is pointless to take: the active ingredients in garlic - the stuff that makes it the best natural antibiotic around - is also the same stuff that makes the garlic smell. So if you take odourless, you also take the garlic which has had the active ingredients removed!

Whole grain bread or whole see cereals still contain the enzyme inhibitors and therefore are not absorbed by the body. You need to take sprouted grains and cereals in order to be able to make use of its nutrients.

If you need antibiotic, the best you can do is ingest raw organic garlic. You can either simply take garlic, slice a clove lengthwise, dip it in organic olive oil, and swallow. Or you can take the Total Tonic as per the files.
