Guest guest Posted November 12, 2005 Report Share Posted November 12, 2005 Here's what it says in the files on " how to make a tincture " : " ....You can use Apple Cider Vinegar instead of Alcohol with certain herbs, and my recommendation is to stay away from using Glycerin. " Okay...my question is can I use alcohol with ALL herbs to make tinctures? Any I shouldn't? Why would glycerin be used? I've got herbs, glass jars, alcohol, etc., and am ready to go!
