Guest guest
hello all, i have been thinking about these protein powders and searching the net, but just can't make up my mind and what to think of it. i read about vegetable protein, soy, whey...... or a combo of these three. the reason for the search was, when i drank milk (lots!!!) i felt really strong, since i stopped the milk, i feel less strong, also lost 15/20 pounds. i eat and drink healty, juice, fruits. i wonder if i am lacking the protein i got from the milk. i have a physical job and run short runs daily with my dog, and i also could use some more horse power in me. i run out of steam fairly quick too. maybe there are some sporters here who could help me with this, any advice would be appreciated. thanks, rik
