Hi skippy and thanks so much you guys are the greatest.. anyway I have kiolic garlic tablets, I just took 1 and will take the 2nd one soon, I wish I could eat mashed garlic but I also have gastritis and since I have not been eating much food, my belly might react to pure garlic, so hopefully this will work! Thanks a bunch I will take a few tablets daily!

God Bless you Great People!

You could try to take boiled water over mashed garlic

and drink as a tea, then eat the bits if you can take

it, to reduce any infections in the body. As often as

possible for a few days, and eat no meat or dairy.

Blessings,

Skippy

Don't eat meat or dairy when you are sick.

Take some olive oil and mix with few drops of thyme essential oil, myrtle essential oil, cinammon leaf EO. Masssage your throat with that. Take hot bath with epsom salt and same essential oils. Bath should be 30min. long in water hot as you can stand. Wrap yourself in cotton blankets and sweat for 2-3 hrs. Take shower and go to sleep. You can take this bats twice a day til you feel better. Drink if you can ginger tea, or sage tea. Elderfloewer tea is also good.
