Guest guest Posted November 3, 2005 Report Share Posted November 3, 2005 I took a look at the cleanse in the files section from Doc but I felt a bit overwhelmed and wondered if there is an intestinal cleanse on the market that I can buy that will do a good job without all the work of making my own. I do have a blender and the juicer that came with my magic bullet so I could certainly make lots of organic juices to drink during the cleanse. I'm basically attempting to clean out my system for the first time, so after I do an intestinal cleanse, what do I do next? And you can buy everything from Doc.
