Guest guest
Brewers Yeast is really good when you are trying to nurse. You may not want to take to much as it will really increase your milk flow. The pills are kind of on the big side, so you might want to buy a pill slicer to break them up. Yogurt, is also very good, and increases the milk flow. If you are breastfeeding or planning on breastfeeding you might want to go to www.LaLecheLeague.com This is a group of mothers that have breastfeeding meetings, help you with any problems that you may have. Good luck to you.Laura Merrick <byte_me_again_and_again wrote: Thanx so much!joy wilson <joy2yrwrld wrote: __________________ Dear Tracy, Until I find the herbs/teas you should avoid...I... ....Found some herbs you "CAN" & "SHOULD" take during nursing (...as I did...) -Add 2 TBS.
