Guest guest
__________________ Dear Gary, be hopeful and prayerful...been there once...have three children (according to reliable sources...) Did you know that as many as 1 in 3 of all pregnancies end in miscarriage? Miscarriage mainly occurs in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy, often before a woman even recognizes she's pregnant. Miscarriage is often Nature's way of dealing with an abnormal embyro that could not have lived a normal life if the pregnancy had been brought to full term. Rarely is miscarriage the fault of the mother's actions (such as stress, a fall, or exercise), except when her nutrition is very poor, or if she is addicted to drugs or nicotine. Even then, Nature tries hard to avoid conception under dangerous conditions. Spontaneous miscarriage is most likely to occur in the first trimester. Aside from the early discomforts of pregnancy, miscarriage is the greatest threat during this time, especially if the mother is over 35 and has had difficulty becoming pregnant. Here is an interceptive therapy plan: Choose 2 to 3 recommendations 1-For threatened miscarriage: Have her lie very still and give a cup of false unicorn tea every 1/2 hour. As hemorrhaging decreases, give the tea every hour, then every 2 hours. Add 6 lobelia extract drops as a relaxer to the last cup. Or give comfrey/wildyam/cranesbill tea hourly until bleeding is controlled; or give hawthorn extract 1/2 dropperful and bee pollen 2 tsp. hourly or CC POLLENERGY caps (520mg) until bleeding is controlled. 2-To prevent miscarriage: John Lee M.D., says transdermal progesterone 40mg a day can help prevent miscarriage caused by luteal phase failure. (Ask her Physician or research its validity) Whole wild yam creams and sasaparilla (herbs with progesterone activity) may also help prevent miscarriage due to hormonal insufficiency. Consider Transitions PROGEST CREAM, and take emulsified A & D daily. Take a Red Raspberry-Catnip tea blend, or MOTHERING TEA all through pregnancy 2 cups daily, and kelp tabs 6 daily. Vitamin E 400IU and Vitamin K 100mcg 2 daily during pregnancy protect against miscarriage. Take blackhaw tea in small doses throughout danger period to prevent spontaneous abotion. 3-Tone the uterus and nourish the reproductive system: Use blue cohosh, squaw vine and false unicorn root or Herbal Magic FEM-BALANCE as uterine tonics. Use motherwort tea to reduce anxiety, nourish the female reproductive system. Low selenium levels are implicated in first trimester miscarriage. Take vitamin E 100IU with selenium 200mcg. 4-Vitamin C and bioflavonoids strengthen veins and blood vessels: 45% of chronic aborters have low levels of vitamin C. Vitamin C or Ester C with bioflavs and rutin strengthen, 2-3000mg daily. Alacer SUPER GRAM C II OR III; QBC with bromelain and C; CITRUS BIOFLAVS. with rutin 500mg. 5-For false labors: To help stop bleeding, take 2 caps each cayenne and bayberry; or take lobelia and cayenne extracts together and nettles tea. (and of course at this point in time you would get her to a hospital or call your midwife immediately) Take ANTISPZ caps 4 at a time, or CRAMP BARK COMBO extract for pain. Take blue cohosh for afterpain. Also, eat organic food choices only & take a prenatal formula all through prenancy for a healthier baby and to help prevent miscarriage as well. -Effective Superfoods: (choose 1 or 2) BIO FLAV., FIBER & C SUPPORT, drink daily for tissue strength Green Foods VIBRANT WOMAN ALFAJUICE NUTRA GREENS ALL IN ONE MULTIPLE green plant base daily Be Blessed in the right use of this Knowledge...JOYintheMorning __________________ gazbow27 <gazbow27 wrote: My partner has just suffered her second consecutive miscarriage. She is 34, and we are trying for our first baby; we will now put off trying for a baby until next year. I would like to know if there are any herbal remedies she can take which may help her to avoid/or reduce the risk of miscarriage. There are no problems in conceiving, unfortunately she loses the baby in the first four/five weeks. Any advice will be most welcome.Gary
