Good day...

I want to make the BF & C ointment and am wondering if I should make the

tincture and infuse into oil, or would the tea in concentrated form be

the way to go? I am using herbs in powdered form. also one more

question, as i am not allergic to wool, i was thinking of using pure

lanolin...or should i stick with bees wax or olive oil?

thanks for all of your help..

Blessings...

p.s. Doc, i would like your thoughts on olive leaf. I have started

using my own homemade tincture and have had major results with major

back pain very quickly. I have found it to be very calming and seems to

help lots with mental clarity as well. what are your thoughts on this?

thanks again!

Hi Spot,

I guess it would depend on what you want to do with it. The tincture is for internal use, and the tea can be either for drinking or for a fomentation.

Sorry I can't answer your other questions: I've never made it myself.

love

Lisa
