Hello All,

 

I have a question that may be silly to those of you in the know, but I don't know, so I ask.

 

Sometimes, after I eat, about 1/2 after, I feel like I'm really hungry again. So I wonder, does that come from too much carb and not enough fat, or not enough protein?

 

Tonight I had lean white meat chix, browned lightly in extra virgin olive oil, some herbed brown rice, and a romaine salad w/pecans, pineapple and spring onion w/e.v.o.o. and balsamic vinegar. But now I feel like I could eat again and I don't like that feeling of 'having the munchies'.

 

Does anyone know what causes this?
