But, I have had several years of taking Excedrin and in large doses so I was wondering if anyone could tell me how much milk thistle and in what form would be best? Should I take it after the cleanse or during? Also, does anyone know of an alternative to take for moderate headache pain? I could be wrong on this one, but if anyone else has any info for using MT for headaches, I would be interested to hear from you. I do know and have used milk thistle for liver cleansing after taking Diflucan for systemic candida infection.
