Hey all,

Firstly I like to thank those who gave me stretchmark advice! At the

moment I have a few " natural " things i wish to implement so here

goes :).

Anyway, I'm drinking water now days, but I know wish to give it some

flavour. After reading the aspartame posts i dare not go near anything

containing that stuff, yet so many drink products do :(!

In short, what can I drink/ or add to water that it safe and nice

besides just having plain water??? I live in the UK if thats any help.

Cheers.

drop in a chunk of ginger, add mineral drops, squeeze a lemon in the water, or orange or any fruit juice.

I love mint leaves in water--it is like a blast of freshness!

The jucice of Lemon will balance the Bloods PH and is

known to minimize excessive calcium deposits. Honey

is loaded with nutrients. Lemonade....at its best.

I love to add fruits and vegetables and herbs to my water. Lemon,

orange, mint, and cucumbers are great!

Federal Law requires that we warn you of the following:

1. Natural methods can sometimes backfire.

2. If you are pregnant, consult your physician before using any

natural remedy.

3. The Constitution guarantees you the right to be your own physician

and to

prescribe for your own health.

We are not medical doctors although MDs are welcome to post here as

long as

they behave themselves.

Any opinions put forth by the list members are exactly that, and any

person

following the advice of anyone posting here does so at their own risk.

It is up to you to educate yourself.  By accepting advice or products

from list members, you are agreeing to

be fully responsible for your own health, and hold the List Owner and

members free of any liability.

I also drink lemon and honey in water. Other choices

are a few ounces of cherry juice (unsweetened) mixed

in water or cranberry juice (again unsweetened) mixed

in water. I have also been drinking parsley juice for

my kidneys and that's actually pleasant. What about

herbal teas?
