Guest guest Posted October 15, 2005 Report Share Posted October 15, 2005 Yes My hubby just takes the cayanne tinture but I take the total tonic and have only had one head cold a year and it is my own fault I get involved in something and forget to take my stuff and pay for it. But when that happens it cleares it up in 3 days. I have to get my new batch made.
