I used to deal with very intense PMS until I started drinking nettle infusions. You can buy it at a health food store by the pound or on line. If you wild craft nettles, pick them in the spring, before they flower...and use gloves. Sometimes my period catches me by surprise because I have no PMS symptoms. To make an infusion: Put about one cup of dried nettles in a glass quart jar. Fill to the top with boiling water and cap. Let it steep for 4 to 6 hours or overnight. Then strain and enjoy. I love it cold with nothing else added. It tastes kind of sweet. Refrigerate remaining and drink within two days. Andie
