Dear group,

As some of you know, I am in the process of getting myself in shape

and am keen to do things as natural as possible. One area however

which I am battling with at present is STRETCHMARKS!!! I ahte them

and want them to diminsh as much as possible whilst gaining and

retaining firm skin in the process:)!

Too much to ask? Maybe, but all tips and advise would be most

welcome. Also, I here that good circulation is key, so if anyone

knows of any skin tinctures I should apply to my skin (and the dosage

if possible), I would definatley appreciate it.

Before joining this group, keeping things in their most natural state

concerning ones total health never really occured to me. But now its

all I think about :)!

Thanks in advance.

Blessings always.

Dry brushing will stimulate circulation and also remove dead skin

cells. The technique is not difficult but needs to be done before

showering. After, moisturize damp skin-

I like to use emu oil which I add Bulgarian Lavender essential oil.

Unlike most moisturizers, emu oil will penetrate the skin and is

known for healing.

My aunt lost a lot of weight, and when she did she had a lot of stretchmarks. She used Vitamin E and punched a hole in it and rubbed the oil from it onto her stretchmarks. She did like everyday. That was about 2 years ago. Now she does not have any stretchmarks at all. Good luck!ponygirl72003 <ponygirl72003 wrote: Dear group,As some of you know, I am in the process of getting myself in shape and am keen to do things as natural as possible. Is there really anything that will help stretchmarks, even old ones

from prior pregnancies? I was told that if your mother got them you

would get them, and that explains why some do and some don't. Forgive

me if this sounds a little hook line and gullible. I have also read

several places that stretch marks are deep tissue, and thus surface

applications really show no improvement in appearance nor tissue

rebuilding. I believe that oppinion came from a long time

dermatologist, so of course I took it for granted.

Does calendula really work?
