Guest guest
Hi, Does anyone know what would cure a red face? I've went the medico route and it seems worse than ever. I've tried commercial products that are supposed to 'calm' redness, to no avail. Is there a natural remedy that would help? Does anyone know if there are benefits to Vitamin K? Thanks for your help, Kellianne
Guest guest
Vitamin K, is a natural blood thickler. One can get Vitamin K from green leafy veggies, spinach is a really good source of Vitamin K, Kale is chunk full of Vitamin K. If you are bruising, then Vitamin K is needed. Here is a excellent website: Thewww.althealth.co.uk/services/info/supplements/vitaminre --- kelligirl710 wrote: > Hi, > Does anyone know what would cure a red face?
