Guest guest
I am new to the group and would like to introduce myself a little later when I have a few more minutes however in the meantime if I could ask a question...I have noticed today that there is a blue spotty appearance to my legs which I'm guessing means that my circulation or oxygen is depleted...is there anything I can take for this-something like a tea or something? This happened to me about 5 years ago and it turned out that it turned into a DVT/PE, which is a Deep Vein Thrombis/ Pulmonary Embolism which is a traveling blood clot. My leg turned blue and black. I am not trying to scare you but I think you should have a doctor look at it. My blood clot moved from my left leg and moved up to my lungs exploding in my left lung. Please check it out at the doctor or clinic just to be on the safe side. In the meantime you could take vitiamin E, as its a blood thinner, so are carrots. Stay away from vitiamin K as they tend to thicken the blood. Music Unlimited - Access over 1 million songs. Try it free.
