Guest guest
Greetings, I'm new to the list and was recently diagnosed with shingles. Although I had heard of it before, I had to do some research on the internet to determine exactly what it is. I've learned that it is a dormant chicken pox virus that inflicts the elderly and those with reduced immune systems. Now this is surprising. At age 46 I don't consider myself "elderly" and thought my immune system was just fine as I can't even remember the last time I had a cold or flu. Although I have a small problem with allergies in the Spring and Fall, I made it thru this past Winter without as much as a sniffle. I take garlic and vitamin C every day and was just wondering, what am I doing wrong? Eric Music Unlimited - Access over 1 million songs. Try it free.
