Guest guest
can someone please explain to me " all parts are by volume " ? If I have all the ingredients to make said tea or formula, if I want one part to equal one teaspoon, is that what it is? I'm sorry, I have no experiance measuring herbs. Is anyone allowed on list to reccomend to me certain companies that are better than others to buy herbs from? If I were making the tea/formula for two people, for the five days, then how much would I need, and how much do I measure?
