Hi all

I've been lurkng for awhile & decided to finally write in with a

question...

I am going to be taking a caribbean cruise shortly & wanted to know

what supplements, extracts, tictures, etc you should have with you to

take just in case one gets ill due to any viruses, etc that could be

circulating throughout the ship.

Thank you

If I was going to take one thing that would be Cayenne Tincture. It is the king of herbs. Maybe some charcoal just in case of food poisoning, you know how they dont drink the water cause of Bacteria, charcoal may help that.

This is good as I already have that ready have the cayenne tincture. I have a portable water filter bottle (Sport Berkey) which should take care of any potential problems with the water, etc.

As far as the charcoal is concerned, I already have some although I am not sure if it's in capsule form or not. Any pointers or recommendations in regards to dosages in the event of food poisoning would be appreciated.

Thanks for responding Gina.
