multi vitamine

hello all,

besides the total nutrition, what brand would you recomment as a multi

vitamine? is this any use at all, or money thrown away? i hear good

stuff about it, bad stuff about it............ what do you think, any

advice on this? thanks, rik

i am a gastric bypass post op patient and i dont absorb vit the way a normal person does so have to take a very good one....i get mine from www.bbvitamins.com
