Guest guest Posted September 29, 2005 Report Share Posted September 29, 2005 I have a question about what to take for insomnia. I have not had a GOOD night's sleep in about 15 years or so. I am 46 and had a total hysterectomy at 32. I'm not sure when it started as it has been so long. I have tried everything. For years I used OTC stuff and the last 6 months or so I have been using melatonin. I take one 3 mg tablet before I go to bed. While the products are great at getting me to sleep, they don't KEEP me asleep. What I wouldn't give to be able to sleep until 5 or 6 in the morning instead of 1 or 2. It also doesn't matter what time I go to bed, early, late I've tried it all and am at my wits end. Any help would be most appreciated.
