Guest guest
Hi folks: Yes, it's true aluminum is not good for our systems. I have also learned that teflon coated pans are dangerous also. I have heard it is so dangerous that if you burn a pan in your home the fumes can kill small birds. I have learned good heavy stainless steel or glass cookware is the best. Good discussion.

On vacation this summer, the house had glass cookware and it can't compare to cast iron. A good seasoned cast iron pan will not stick.
