During the last 2 weeks, I have been constantly clearing my throat, blowing my nose and coughing up snot or phlem or whatever you want to call it. I dont have a cold or any allegies that I know of. I never had allergies ever and all of a sudden during "peak" times I suffer as you are now. I have been told that you can be non allergic one day and really allergic the next. Hope you find something that works! If not, you may have some infection.
