Dear All,

I have only been a member of this group a few days, but I loved

it!!! The topics are so informative, and there is so much readily

available information.

For many years I went through what I can only describe as

a " developmental meltdown " . I looked a mess (literally) and became

rather reclusive (due to various life incidents when I look back on

things). It was like I almost detected from reality.

Anyway, by the grace of God, I managed to get out of that cycle and

started to realise my potential as a person. However, by that stage

I had put on masses of weight (I have lost some but still weigh

around 200lbs), gained stretchmarks all over (without realising

somehow) and constantly felt lethargic. Now for someone who is not

yet 25, this is pretty serious!!!!!!!!

Alas, over the last few years I have started to get myself together,

and have consciously decided to do things as naturally as possible,

start treating my body from the inside out and, not just the surface.

In short, please could anyone offer me advice on:

1) Where to start! Ideally I would like to do a detox, one that

cleans my stomach and colon

2) A diet is suitable for us non-vegans. I heard no wheat and no

diary is meant to be good, but I am not too sure, also I cannot be a

vegan (I'm not creative enough food wise and I have little time to

cook).

3) Any stretchmark/ scar treatments that I can implement whilst I

lose the weight to avoid saggy skin and elevate the problem.

Your all such a blessing. Thanks for your advise!!!
