Guest guest
i love rescue remedy and other bach flower remedies. you really do have to identify your own negative mental states and deal with them. rescue remedy is for an emergancy and works well as such, but why wait for the panic attack to deal with your issues? ramona Quoting Herb <herbw_1: > has anyone tried rescue remedy for panic attacks??if so,how did work?? > also has anyone tried any other supplements for panic attacks?? >
Guest guest
Hi, I've tried this on a couple different occasions, and found little benefit. I used the basic Rescue Remedy btw. Perhaps I needed a more personalized formula of Bach's? Anyone have any input on Herbal relaxers? Guest guest
I keep rescue remedy always on hand, I once gave it to someone on the way to the hospital with a heart attack and it kept him alive till we got there. I dropped into his mouth every 3 minutes. His heart stopped 3 times after we got there and he had procardia going into his veins for 8 hours after. He almost did not make it but he did recover. I do believe it does help in many different situations. Relax formula: Valerian root passion flower skullcap hops chamomile catnip California poppy lobelia This works very well. I use this when things get too overwhelming. Peace, Thyme
Guest guest
http://www.rainbowcrystal.com/bach/bfrcat.html go here, and think about what your negative states of mind are. then it will tell you what bach flower remedies you should choose. then take and put about 5 drops of each in 30 mL of distilled water and take a few drops of that about 3 times a day. ramona Quoting christina12521 <christina12521: > Hi, > > I've tried this on a couple different occasions, and found little > benefit. Guest guest
Dear Christina, Just said as much in an earlier post. As far as herbal relaxers are concerned, I feel that Lobelia, Valerian, Passion Flowers, and Hops are a few that can help dramatically.
