Hello Glenn,

I must have deleted your original email but I wanted to reply.

I have had "foggy" thinking for some time now. I swear by Gingko Biloba. I have taken it and it helps me "think" much better. I will stop taking it and the fogginess comes back. I've done this for years. I get tired of taking it but I figure it can't hurt me, it's a "food" like lettuce, spinach leaves, etc.

I have also been cured of Hepatitis C by taking Milk Thistle. I was told by two different doctor's I had it and two other different doctor's I don't have a trace of it anymore. I've personally heard of other success stories like this. (Western Medicine claims there is NO cure).

You have to take "good" brands, not cheap brands found in pharmacies. I was told to make sure they say "standardized" on the label also. If you walk in to any Health Food store that has been around for awhile, they can usually point you to a brand that is good and fits your pocket book. In these cases, I was also told to take "only" that herb, not a mixture of several herbs.

Another point, I have also fasted in the past, and felt so clear headed it was unbelievable so I believe some of my problem is what I'm eating. I have just started "The Maker's Diet" and plan to be on it the rest of my life. There are so many chemicals and toxins in anything processed and also in most fresh meats, dairy, produce on the market it's unbelievable and I guess my body and brain just absolutely will not tolerate them anymore.

I wish you my best, God bless you and yours,

Maryanne

Thanks for writing, Maryanne!

I have a good $200 worth of vitamins, etc., which I've taken for wks at

a time, stopped taking, and am trying to work them off. I've been

getting multiple msgs from quacks, health dr's, naturopaths, and otr

acupuncturists.

You can prob'ly do things cheaply and just go on an elimination diet

for a few wks, then reintroduce the food. It's hard, esp'ly living

alone. It's worse w/brain fog and working, let me tell you!

I'll ck out the milk thistle. Thanks again for writing!
