Since depression is anger unresolved, detoxing the liver with dandelion root would be beneficial. For menopausal hot flashes, nothing beats black cohosh. I also took evening primrose oil. I used wild yam or progesterone creme/gel topically. I liked the Jason brand best, follow the directions. I kept raspberry tea in the refrigerator for cooling and hormonal benefits and always had chamomile tea in the evening for relaxing before bedtime. I am grateful that menopause for me is over with and I can enjoy life again. I also took COQ10 to keep my heart healthy and still do.
