Guest guest
I do not know how the iodine was used but I do know that bladderwrack which is a seaweed full of iodine and it is a specific for low thyroid conditions. It is strongest in tincture form but tastes terrible. Capsules were preferred by my daughter and she is doing better after a month of use. She will need to keep taking it until she is healed. She has lost 10 pounds which is an added bonus. Hope this will help. Peace, Thyme
Guest guest
If you need help with the confusion, then I would recommend that you ask the Doc for advice. Apparently you need to be advised of the dosage. Peace, Thyme
Guest guest
I was also told yesterday to take kelp three times a day . For low thyroid. But someone from this site said too much Kelp or iodine is bad for thyroid. So now I'm confused.
