Guest guest
Give her Calcium but make sure it has magnesium and vita D with it. That is what my Dr told me to take when I was pregnant and my leggs ached. He said I was using more calcium than I was eatting and the body was taking it from the bones. Also try to controll how much sugar and the likes she eats it robs the body of calcium because the digestion needs it to digest sweets. And sweets rob your immun system. One tea spoon of sugar knocks your immune down for up to 5 hours. Pat M " Do not be afraid of enemies; the worst they can do is to kill you. Guest guest
I suffered from similar leg aches as a child - growing pains. One of my 3 kids did as well. The best remedy I found was liquid calcium. A teaspoonful when it was really bad seemed to ease the pain. I hope that will help her. I remember crying so much because of the sore legs when I was little.
