Guest guest
Doc or any knowledgable person in the area of Peyronie's Disease.... A very good friend of mine was just diagnosed with Peyronie's Disease. He is 53 years old. The doctor wants him to try 400 units of viamin E 2 x daily, and wants to put him on Colchicine. Well their's no way he's going to take this synthetic drug. Are their any alternatives to getting rid of the calcified/fibrous plaque in the penis? My friend has had this condition for well over a year now, so it seems doubtful that it will straighten (no pun intended) itself out (yes it's bent) from the plaque. He said it's a "bruised" like pain when he tries to have sex, and is also becoming impotent. I am just trying to find an alternative solution to his problem. Thanks for any help. Guest guest
Dear Vicki, I have never met anyone and so therefore never worked with anyone with this problem. I did a little research on it and supposedly no one knows how to handle it (if you'll pardon my return pun. It would seem to me to be connected with trauma and that perhaps it may actually be some form of internal scar tissue. Regardless, I'd be tempted to try a small amount of Deep Tissue Repair Oil with a little extra DMSO in an attempt to heal it. Fomentations of Comfrey alternated with Castor Oil packs would also be indicated. DMSO should also be put into these fomentations. These are my suggestions. Guest guest
Yes it would. You'd need to apply it over a very small specific area.
