Guest guest
Hello all, I am new to the group, and am so happy to have found you all! I am wanting to change my lifestyle and eat healthy. I am getting rid of refined foods, and going natural and raw. I would like to do the intestinal cleanse, but I am wondering-do I need to follow a special diet while I'm doing it. How long does it take, and will I be in the bathroom the whole time? Also, does everyone need to start with #1, or is that only if you are constipated? Once I've done this, and seen the results, I'm hoping to convince my husband to cleanse as well. I appreciate any information you can send my way, as this is all VERY new to me. I have a LOT of weight to lose, and am very anxious to get goin on my new way of life. Thanks, Michelle
Guest guest
To get the most out of it eat vegetarian while detoxing your body. I use Dr Schulze's formula #1 that is a laxative, my experience I usually take those pills at night and the next morning I have a bowel movement. You want to get your body pooping 30 minutes after you eat your major meal. That's more a regular person Find your correct dosage start by taking 1 and if that doesn't work then keep upping it tell your satisfied. The #2 formula is to grab all the old stuff off your colon walls another words put your POOP IN A GROUP. They say everyone has a minimum of 5 lbs of poop in them. After your done with the colon move on to the liver. Take your time try not to rush this, just remember you didn't get this way several days ago. Have a great time, you will be learning so much , you will be feeling so go about yourself, others will be learning from the good example you will be setting. Guest guest
Hello Michelle, Sounds great that you are improving your diet and lifestyle! I am assuming you are wanting to do the Intestinal Cleanse, which is part of the Total Body Cleanse? If yes, you need to follow a vegan diet; eat or drink nothing that came from an animal. The Intestinal Cleanse part of the TBC takes two weeks, see the TBC article in the files on the website: http://health.herbal remedies No, you won't be in the bathroom the whole time LOL. You should be getting a bowel movement 2 - 4 times a day, and you will increase your IC#1 by 1 capsule daily until you have the 2 - 4 bm per day. Yes, everyone needs to start with IC#1. love Lisa - mycarroll2000 herbal remedies Friday, August 26, 2005 11:34 PM Herbal Remedies - Colon cleanse--some questions Hello all,I am new to the group, and am so happy to have found you all!I am wanting to change my lifestyle and eat healthy.
