Guest guest Posted August 25, 2005 Report Share Posted August 25, 2005 the artical on canola oil is very intresting,i switched to olive oil,the quart of canola i had left,i use to lube the plastic gears on my cement mixer,works good.an artical i read suggested not frying with olive oil,the heat causes it to loose its kick,instead use it for salad or dipping.DOC,whats your thought and whats good for frying?
