Taking Flaxseed oil. 1000 mil. Can I take 2 a day or more or less? And also selenium 200 . How much a day? Is there anything else you'd suggest for Thyroid? Thanks for all your information. If you are using the combination of black walnut hull + wormwood + cloves for internal cleansing...follow Dr Hulda Regehr Clark's instructions down to every detail...(visit her website for more education on this combination) I take flaxseed oil by the Tablespoon. (1-2 daily) Standard dosage of a selenium supplement is up to 200 micrograms of selenium a day, if you are pregnant, do not exceed 40 mg. Selenium plays a vital role in regulating the effects of thyroid harmone on fat metabolism. ....recommended reading: "Every Woman's Herbal" by Dr. John R.
