Guest guest
Doc... or anyone who may have info. I have been " cleaning up " since April, started with diet, getting rid of all bleached products, additives/ preservatives... cleaning up the bowels, have done some liver flushes, started regular parasite cleansing, and fasting a couple days a week. The results have been tremendous! I started all of this because at age 38 my blood tests of the last couple of years have shown an accelerated WBC for no apparant reason that the " white coat " can find. I was told I was leukotonic... pre-leukemia? So i went mostly raw and started detoxing.. adding herbs and spices to support digestion/assimilation and support the liver. Recently I have started using K-tea and was wondering what Doc thought about tincturing using k-tea? Also, my other question is that in search of making my supplements easier to take and more convenient I have concocted and herb milk comprised of almond milk, juice, k-tea, my parasite herbs(black walnut/wormwood tincture, cloves), milk thistle, astragalus, tumeric, cinnamon, molasses, and acv. WHEW! I have been mixing this and taking it in 8oz. doses 2 times a day, and it tastes great and really helps when fasting... but I am concerned if I am doing the right thing with mixing everything in one concoction. What do you think? I am really concerned with supporting my liver function as i have not been very kind to it over the years. I need to clean up the blood also. I am a smoker and cannot seem to leave the coffee alone either so these are big hurdles for me also... any help/direction you can offer would be great! Blessings to all.. spot

Guest guest
Hi Spot, not sure about your blend, although to my untrained eye it seems a lot to put into your body all at the same time. On smoking, if you can't or don't want to give up, at least get yourself the chemical-free kind and reduce to 10 or less per day. And for coffee, make sure you drink organic only, and also try reduce to 1-2 cups per day. This is what I'm doing, and it's working well! I have also substituted most of my coffee with organic NoCaf, which is a blend containing mostly chicory - tastes great to me. Doc has a wonderful Blood Detox tea and tincture which you can find in the files on the groups website. You may want to consider the Total Body Cleanse, or even the Incurables Program if this is applicable in your case? Again, the details are in the files. Sounds like you're well on your way though! Well done! love Lisa - spotspace herbal remedies Friday, August 19, 2005 5:21 PM Herbal Remedies - herbed milk Doc... or anyone who may have info.I have been " cleaning up" since April, started with diet, getting rid of all bleached products, additives/ preservatives... cleaning up the bowels, have done some liver flushes, started regular parasite cleansing, and fasting a couple days a week. Guest guest
I don't know about Doc's Huff n Puff - but what I do know is: I looked at the economics. Listened to my breathing - saw the rest of the parrallels of my life - And said: This does not make a damn bit of sense to me. I'm done. No more Ever Ever Ever - I want to quit. Pure and simple. You either do or you don't. I have seen a few friends die lately in their 50's and 60's and they were HEAVY smokers. No other reason, smoking. OK - no soap box here - just glad my brain got on track and I am done with the smokes. Gotta go - it is - YEP - time to do some more cartwheels. Guest guest
Just " want to " - I was a pack a day-er ! I started on Endau Cream and QUIT. How the two correlate - I will never understand. But I am the lucky lotto winner of the no smoking team. I have tried the patch - the gum - cold turkey - lectures - money - and finally Endau Cream. I can't explain it. However I do know this I saved allot of money not smoking - and I saved allot of money on my car insurance by switching to Geico! LOL Seriously - I even have a sence of Humor now - Think about it.......... Doing cartwheels with a smile ! Guest guest
Hi Lisa... Thanks for the quick reply. As far as the tobacco... i did some research and found a place that does not add additives/preservatives. I have been rolling my own for a couple of years now. That is definately one monkey I have to get off my back. So what do you think about the K-tea and tincturing? Thanks again.. Have a blessed weekend! spotLisa de Haas <lisa wrote: Hi Spot, not sure about your blend, although to my untrained eye it seems a lot to put into your body all at the same time. Guest guest
Hi Spot, sorry, I have absolutely no idea about the K-tea and tincturing - this is one area I still don't know much about. Great on the tobacco. I found American Spirit in Holland on a recent trip there - I also roll my own :-) And I like that one. love Lisa - Pamela Ellis herbal remedies Saturday, August 20, 2005 3:23 AM Re: Herbal Remedies - herbed milk Hi Lisa... Guest guest
Dear Spot, Just a couple of hints. Remember to sprout your almonds first before making almond milk. And, remember your garlic intake.
