Can you tell me how to make this?

 

And If I was to use it to aid back injures threw natural healing

I visualize using something??? as a pack applied to aid relife. to

my friends old injured back. would this work? And would I wrap it

in

cheese cloth and apply it to the old injury? Or can you suggest

anything else.

 

And Orally. Is their something to help his pain like arthritis.

Its actually tissue cartilage. And broken vertabras. broken ribs.

and neck injures. And knee caps. He has had many operations. But

still can't work 5 years later.

 

So my plan is. As a healer. use a herbal pack to aid relife. And

then use healing energy. Any thoughts? roxy
