Another interesting bit of trivia is that lots of folks like Red Cedar this and that .. and its not all that cheap to buy it. But in Kentucky, if you leave a field alone for one year .. don't plow or disk it .. forty-eleven zillion Cedar trees will sprout. I was 25 years old afore I saw a Christmas Tree whut wasn't Cedar. We used to get our Christmas Tree a couple of weeks afore Christmas each year when coming back to the truck from quail hunting.
