Guest guest
There's been a lot of talk and recommendations here for a source for diffusers lately. I'm a retailer. And even buying wholesale...I need to cut my costs. For years I have been offering the Amrita diffusers. They are expensive. They are also reliable.. Like a lot of other people, I fell for the offer of the 'same' thing...at a MUCH lower price... let me cut my price to my customers...good deal all round... except that, sitting in our office, waiting to be shipped back to Florida, are 26 nonfunctioning diffusers. A few deluxe, mostly roomsized, some replacement nebulizers. We have never tested nebulizers that we bought for resale...we never had to. After having complaints from some old customers who were USED to how nebulizers work... we started running rubbing alcohol thru all have left in stock... the numbers above are the returns.. we have FIVE that worked for us. Then we wrote to the clients who had purchased these new 'bargain' diffusers. Thinking of the woman who is so pleased...her big 'deluxe' model uses less than 1 ml of oil in a week.... running 24/7... " ma'am...can you smell the oil? " " welllll.... it's very subtle... " add one more to the list of nonworking diffusers. I have already placed the order for the Amritas...and will tell my customers why the prices are going back up... lower cost is NOT always higher value, folks. Guest guest
Dear Marge, What does running rubbing alc do to you? Why the alc? To see if anything is coming thru? I think I'll stick with eo on simmering water when I *do* do it. It gives me humidity too. Hey, do you know if putting an eo in a humidifier would work? cool mist, even if it was a wee bit, would it gum up the filter? Warm regards, Janine Phariss www.BlueSageNaturals.com Unique & Innovative Herbals
Guest guest
It damages the plastic components. Yes, I know from experience.
