Help with saddle sores?

I developed a NASTY saddle sore today after a spin class, and I have a

feeling this isn't going to be the last of them if I don't do something

soon. Now that the weather is too cold for outdoor riding I'm spinning,

but spin bike seats are not nearly as comfortable as my regular bike.

Many people have recommended a product called " Chamois Butt'r "

(http://www.pacelineproducts.com/products/chamois.htm if you want to see

more about it). It's basically a non-greasy skin lubricant/protectant

to help with the chaffing that cyclists get from long rides (and washes

off skin/shorts with soap and water). So, before I go racing out to buy

some, I'm wondering if there's anything more " natural " that I could make

(or better still that someone else makes and I could just buy, since I

don't make lotions, soaps, etc).

Any suggestions? My aching butt would be eternally grateful!

They used treachery. They used Raoul-Mitgong but he wasn't much help.
