Guest guest
oh you guys! Puh Lease! cut off your messages when you reply. I read everything like three times! Janet, please reply to Jenn's questions on list? Or Jenn, please post Janet's reply? How much eo of one scent, say, basil, would Steve use in a beeswax, votice size candle? What size wick? He was successful in remaking candles, mostly, out of other candle wax that burned down here. And I don't care if he makes candles, as long as I don't have too. lol Like Jenn, insurance for selling those and making them at home is prohibitive, so needless to say, he's doing it for him, er, me. At least I know enough about candles to know if it's a big round one and there's only one wick, don't buy it, cause it will just burn down the middle. Butch, a pond like that would be nice, somewhere other than here. Please leave room for a tent eh? I'm tryin to find places to head off to for summers. And can I bring my Marlin? and my 9mm? Cheryl is in Alaska. Someplace I reallllllly wanted to move too for a couple of years. But no, I'm in Az. Somehow the last letter got screwed in in addresses. Ak to Az. lol Cheryl, smell your oils, if they smell rancid, they are. Shea's shelf life isn't all that long. It will go rancid if left in the air. well duh, like everything else. maybe I should go get some coffee before I get on here. LOL Jenn is an expert on that. I have been told adding vitamin e to shea helps keep it longer, of course. what coconut are you talking about? virgin or not? Beeswax will keep forever if it's pure. If the coconut is hydroxgenated, [gosh, I just butchered that word!, it will keep quite a while. what is coconut 'butter'? Time to go shopping -taking the coffee with me. Anyone know who is behind Kohl's dept store? Warm regards, Janine Phariss www.BlueSageNaturals.com Unique & Innovative Herbals

I do not know why I called the coconut " butter " - my brain was not working too well. They all look and smell fine but wanted more knowledgable people to tell me so ;-) Come up for a visit. Would you believe it is still in the 40's up here! No snow yet except on the mountain tops. I go out during the day with just a sweat shirt on! Absolutely beautiful weather except for the rain but I can live with that.
