HI Evelyn,

 

General rule .. about 1 fl oz scented oil per 1 lb of soy wax .. BUT

different companies do have different wax blends, some of which can

handle more scented oil than others ... Do you know what wax (form

where) you are planning on using?

Chris,

I know that you make candles and I'm taking the plunge into soy candle

making. I just need to know approx. how much FO to use per pound of soy

wax. Can ya help me??? Pretty please.

Just to add a note, different FO manufacturers have

suggested amounts of there FO's in various types of wax.

To me this is just another testing area that needs to be done.

Too much oil can cause the wick to bloom or the candles to

soot.

I just poured some cedarwood/ylang ylang candles oh mine goodness!

Even tho it is cold and rainy here yea gotta walk around with a smile

on your face when you smell these.
