Guest guest
Whew, that was a long digest! Didn't know catnip was that mosquito effective. Good to know now that the Nile Virus skeeter is here in Az. Gonna try that pumpkin recipe, sans nuts and ginger pcs, but might do ginger powder. Then again, might just add pumpkin to ginger bread mix. Had recent oral surgery and it's kickin' me in the butt. I am *sick* of ice cream! *Never* thought I would ever say that! Thanks for the recipe Chris. Christina, I HATE candles burning in offices. My chiropractor does it and they smell so strongly. When I had asthma I would always have to leave the office and wait outside as they were so strong. And I've never known a true essential oil 'candle'. I would do anything with eo's over scented candles. Since people are coming to you for health reasons, it makes sense to me to give them health the moment they walk in. Lately, as it's so dry here in Phoenix, I've been boiling water on the stove. And, because I have a lot of it, and am trying to get bacteria out of my body and am too lazy to go to another room to get anything different [the real reason], I've been adding oregano oil. So my house may not smell soothing to the soul wonderful, [except for the herb room], it stops me from giving my dog static shocks on his poor wittle nose. lol Maybe you might want to think of having 1 or 2 scents that you will become known for. Lavender? Orange? Rose, I agree, leave it to the Lord. He knows what He wants to do with you. That's why we are living in Phoenix. I would NEVER choose this place to live permanently. It's a great place to visit however. I'm with you. If I hadn't fallen in love, living singly is THE way to go. I can't imagine I wanted to be married for so long when I was single. Course, I'm older now. I *really* like my space. OTOH, if you have your own space in that house, it might work. It's nice to have company every so often. But if you have company, like your son, to visit, where will he sleep? Well, it's almost 1 p.m., guess it's time for breakfast. :)I'm happy here now, it's only 78 degrees with a breeze.
