Guest guest
I have a very good friend who is pregnant with her first baby. She is nauseous almost constantly, with some vomiting. Does anyone have any suggestions for this? Shelley
Guest guest
I'm next to clueless about oils but my recommendation is to sniff a couple sniffs of peppermint. That is what worked for me. I would be very careful and do a lot of research about putting oils on you if you were pregnant. And if nothing else pregnancy doesn't last forever and usually nausea doesn't even last as long as the pregnancy. I remember 9 months never looked so long as when I was at the beginning of my first pregnancy (in the hospital countless times for dehydration!). Guest guest
have her smell peppermints, spearmints... also ginger works... here's an oil mix I have found recently (my daughter @ 32 weeks still suffers from " morning sickness " )... 6 drops spearmint 1 drop ginger Application: Spearmint in an aroma lamp by the bedside at night will keep the stomach calm. Putting 1 drop ginger in a warm cup of herb tea or water will redue nausea. After 1st trimester use spearmint instead of ginger... I don't know who wrote that but it help my daughter out... also have her try to keep something in her stomach that helps... mostly protein... that seems to lessen the nausea Blessings, ~Mishka p/s: tell your friend congratulations!! , " ~Shelley~ " <shelleyslife@e...> wrote: > I have a very good friend who is pregnant with her first baby.
