When I was making up different blends pre-labor I did jasmine/lavender/myrrh

and clarysage/rose With the jasmine/lavender I used a base of evening

primrose oil For the clarysage/rose I used fractionated coconut oil. I also

took some hydrosols with me Rosa Damascena, Lavender, and I made a spray

blend that felt calming to me. (Neroli, Nutmeg, Mandarin, Rose and Lavender)

Weird blend I know!

I also took Rose Centifolia floral water. I made up a balm blend too (Shea

butter, cocoa butter ... drop of Vit E. I infused coconut oil with some

myrrh roses.. and I added frankincense e.o., Rosa damascena, lavender and

rose geranium I think! I'll never be able to repeat that blend lol

I also took along a bunch of oils with me.

I would say my own experience with the clary sage/rose is that it did seem

to make contractions stronger. The jasmine/lavender/myrrh seemed to lessen

the pain. I used the Rose centifolia water and the rosa damascena hydrosol

the most. To cool me down. Oh! I had a peppermint spray too That helped the

nausea after I had the c-section. (Long story there - Won't bore you all :)

Here is a site that has some info on different things for labor:

Hope this helps-
