Guest guest
I ordered some essential oils and the people made a mistake and sent me a Ginger essential oil instead of one of the oils I ordered. I really don't want to send it back, it's really not worth the trouble. I was wondering if there are any suggestions as to what I should/could do with this oil. Thanks... Ginger EO is one of the oils on my wish list. > I was wondering if there are any suggestions as to what I > should/could do with this oil. Ginger can be irritating, so be sure you dilute it in whatever you use it in. If it smells anything like fresh grated ginger root, it's got a bit of a bite fragrance-wise. You could try blending it with some Lime EO, but other than that I'm not sure since I haven't had the chance to experiment with it. It's a warming type of oil, so it would be good in massage blends for aches, or a chest rub for a cold. Ginger Root tea is said to be soothing to an upset stomach, but I'm not sure about how to use the EO for that. Diffused maybe? Sorry I can't be of more help.
