It is an organic farming method based on the principles of Rudolf

Steiners lectures on agriculture(think anthroposophy and waldorf

schools) Much attention is paid to the lunar cycles,

and " preparations " of herbs and compost are added to the crops,

resulting in a plant with vibrant life force.
