Deb2 and Deb1,

I'm on digest too. Deb2 for bruising. I would infuse 2 oz of comfrey, and 1

oz each lavender and yarrow in 16 oz of in ANY carrier oil, olive is best

but if I didn't have it, fine. Gently warm on low in crock or on stove for

24 hours and gently apply to your chest.

Your friend needs to go to the doc to ascertain no ribs are broken or

cartilage torn. If it were me, I would take 1 or 2 lightly brewed cups of

comfrey tea a day. But it's not me and I am not suggesting you or she do

that. I am NOT a doctor, I am an herbalist. I can NOT prescribe, diagnose,

etc. I can only tell you what I would do, what I would make with the herbs I

had.

Deb1, use the Sea Buckthorn Seed oil you bought from me if you have any

left. If not, it's on sale til Wed. Put .5 oz of the Seed oil in 10 oz of

regular shampoo and wash the dog with that. Give him .25 tsp 2 or 3 times a

day on your hand, let him lick it off and rub it on his owie. [geeez, you

can tell I'm a mom huh?] We wash PD [perfect dog] with this shampoo about

every 2 weeks, it stops his itching. I also rub it behind his ears as he has

allergies. I kid you not, it STOPS the itching. He hates the smell but loves

the taste.

Warm regards,

Janine Phariss
