Guest guest Posted September 14, 2003 Report Share Posted September 14, 2003 Hi All, Here's something that also works very well, usually after one or two times: Douch w/warm water and vinegar (preferably apple cider vinegar) at about an 8:1 ratio water to vinegar. Then, insert plain yoghurt when you are going to bed for the night. The douche washes out all the yeast organisms while the vinegar re-establishes proper pH. Then, the yoghurt replenishes the beneficial bacterial balance, repopulating the area w/good bacteria, preventing the yeast from re-establishing a foothold.
