I've put a new folder in the group files section

called Chris' Creative Diary.

I hope for it to become a place for me to list all sorts of creative

pursuits that I explore on a daily basis.

I've put a file in there detailing last night's dinner at my home

including the recipe for the main dish :)

Enjoy!

Chris I was just reading the recipe and it sounds YUMMY,

I love pork. I'm Latin so pork is a big part of our diet.

Then I went on to read the other file you have on Hawaiian 'Alaea Sea

Salt,

very interesting. Is this the same salt you sell on your site?

Thank you. It was simple and delicious.

I'll have to post my Pernil recipe one of these days (I love it!)

Yep, taught to me by an authentic Puerto Rican great grandmother ;) I

promise, next time I make it I'll post it to the diary.

Looks like salmon tonight ...

Not one place in particular. I remember a few good ones over in

Corona, Queens ...

And I do remember a GREAT Chinese-Cuban restaurant in Manhattan!
