Oregano Hydro - Additonal Questions

I have thought about adding it to my water

everyday but I really do not know enough to know

if that is safe.

 

If someone can answer this for me I would

appreciate it. I love the taste of it and it does

work for me.

Cheryl,

Suzanne Catty says in her book that in some of the cafes in Turkey you can

order a glass of oregano hydrosol as easily as coffee. Probably will hear

more from Butch on this ... but Catty calls this a general health tonic.

hehe Yeah Linda it does. After I posted that

email I remembered her book and pulled it out!

Boy do I feel silly.
