Herbes de Provence

 

Use dried herbs ???

1 Tbsp. basil

1 & ?? tsp. fennel seed

1 & ?? tsp. lavender

1 Tbsp. marjoram

1 Tbsp. oregano

1 Tbsp. rosemary

?? tsp. sage

1 Tbsp. summer savory

2 Tbsp. thyme

 

Mix all herbs together or, if desired, blend the herbs in a food processor or

coffee grinder to obtain a finer mixture. Store the herbal blend in a glass

container. This blend can be used to season soups, meats, poultry and

vegetables.
